Payment Method: We use PayPal E-mail Invoicing to receive payment. This is a very secure, easy way for you to pay and you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment. Through PayPal you will able to use any credit card or you can set up EFT from your bank account. For local sales, we also accept cash and checks.
First time orders with new design: We require payment of the one-time only design fee at the time the order is placed. Once you approve your design, we will e-mail you an invoice for the printing that will need to be paid before we send your item to print.
Re-orders: Once we receive your re-order request, we will e-mail you an invoice that will need to be paid prior to us sending your item to print. Your item will then be printed and shipped directly to your business, unless otherwise specified by you.
Turnaround time: If you take advantage of our graphic design services, you will receive a proof of your design within a few business days. Once you approve your design, or if you have sent us a press ready file, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days after the item is sent to print.
Sales Tax & Shipping: Sales tax will not apply to orders shipped outside of Iowa. Shipping will apply to every order. We ship via Fed Ex ground to your business address, unless otherwise specified by you.
We can not ship to PO Boxes. Please give a physical address. |
